Really good Service and Prime Location
dining credit high floor quick delivery
The staff offered complimentary water bottles and dining credit daily. Celebrating a birthday and anniversary, we received a room on a high floor. They promptly delivered a fridge and ice when requested. Hospitality was excellent. I will stay here again because of the excellent service.

Breakfast was amazing!!! Rani, the waiter, was kind and helpful each morning. He ensured top service. The manager, David, greeted us and showed great care for the staff and guests alike. Breakfast in the hotel was a DELIGHT!!!

surprisingly good stay
friendly staff convenient location cute bellman
i found the staff friendly and helpful. the bellman, tuan, was especially cute and always ready with a smile. the location near the pinecrest diner was great, it was only two blocks away and super convenient for a quick bite.
the lack of a mini-fridge in the room was a slight inconvenience.

The hotel is situated very close to the cable car station, providing easy access to many city attractions. the proximity to union square allowed quick trips for shopping and dining experiences, enriching our stay.

Our beautiful king room offered ample space and comfort, with modern amenities that catered to our needs. The room was clean, newly renovated, and the comfortable bed ensured restful sleep after long days exploring the city.

the hotel staff displayed really good hospitality. the front desk staff was attentive and helpful. i appreciated the manager's personal touch with a daily check-in to ensure everything was going well.
